I want to know your top tips for using the London Underground network, for example:
• where to interchange and where not to;
• your favourite walking links;
• where National Rail is quicker or better;
• what stations are good for dogs (ie no escalators);
• interesting features, art, architecture or even hanging baskets;
• which carriage is nearest the exit; or
• anything else you can think of that will help make using the system a bit easier.
If you have a disability, tell me what you need to know, what works well or badly with the current maps.
My top tip is NEVER change at Green Park, you’ll be walking for miles!

My top tip is to change between the Jubilee and Bakerloo lines at Bakerstreet as you just need to walk a couple of yards between platforms.
My not quite as top top tip is to change between branches of the northern line at Camden town rather than Euston – another really long walk.
I also think National Rail is better between Charing Cross and London Bridge.

A dog-friendly tube map would be amazing – I endlessly search Wikipedia and abstract websites looking for information about step-only/lift-only interchanges between different lines. I have a Great Dane, so carrying him up or down the escalators isn’t an option. And while staff have been really sweet about stopping escalators for, it can be a little embarrassing as hundreds of people are stopped from continuing their journey while me and the hound clamber up the stopped escalator!
